NOTICE: Port of Houston Authority Special Public Meeting
Following the scheduled Port Commission public meeting on May 21, 2024, the Port of Houston Authority will host a special meeting expected to begin at 11 a.m. The sole agenda item will be the proposed channel user fee currently in development, to help finance the work associated with the ongoing Houston Ship Channel Expansion – Project 11.

NOTICE: Express Pass Changes - Effective June 1, 2024
Port Houston is working to enhance the Express Pass Program and better serve our customers. Express Pass is a timeless appointment system, allowing trucking companies to initiate trucking transactions prior to their arrival to Port Houston’s Barbours Cut and Bayport Container Terminals.
Beginning June 1, 2024, reservations through Express Pass are strongly encouraged for all truck visits. This is part of our first phase to reach 100% usage of Express Pass at our container terminals.
