Fleet Week

Port Houston is proud to serve as a host location for Fleet Week Houston, welcoming active duty Navy ships, Coast Guard vessels, and their crews to our community. Join us November 5–12, 2025, for ship tours, community events, and special celebrations honoring those who serve at sea.

Sign Up For Free Vessel Tour
Active duty ships will be open to the public daily from Thursday, November 6, through Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Visitors will have the rare opportunity to step aboard and experience what life is like on these vessels.
Important Information
Sign-ups required: All tours are free, but advance registration is necessary.
ID requirements: Guests 18+ must present a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Non-U.S. citizens must show a valid passport and complete additional screening.
Restrictions:
- Minimum age: 5 years old
- No strollers or pets allowed
- Closed-toe shoes required (flip-flops and heels discouraged)
- Guests must be able to walk unassisted, through tight spaces and ladders
- No public restrooms aboard (facilities available dockside)
- No banners, flags, or political materials permitted
Vessel Locations
Vessel tours will be available at two Port Houston terminals:
- Bayport Container Terminal: Home to one of the visiting vessels
- Turning Basin Terminal: Hosting Navy and Coast Guard vessels
Parking & Transportation
No public parking is available on-site. Visitors must use designated transportation options. Details will be provided during your registration.

Please note: All U.S. Navy vessels are not ADA accessible, and this will be clearly communicated during the registration process. Many Fleet Week events, however, take place in accessible public areas throughout the Greater Houston area — including concerts, ceremonies, and community activities — ensuring that everyone can take part in the festivities.
