Port Houston has three marine terminal operator schedules (collectively, the “Tariffs” and each individually, a “Tariff”) that set forth the governing rates, rules, regulations, and practices of Port Houston relating to or connected with the receiving, handling, storing, and/or delivering of property at its terminal facilities. These schedules govern the rates, rules, regulations, and practices for the Houston Ship Channel and the Publicly Owned Wharfs (Tariff No.8), the Fentress Bracewell Barbours Cut Container Terminal (Tariff No. 14), and the Bayport Container Terminal (Tariff No.15). Under no circumstances is the Price Estimate Tool to be used as a supplement or substitute for the Tariffs. To the extent there is a conflict or discrepancy between the applicable Tariff and the Price Estimate Tool, the applicable Tariff shall take precedence and govern in all instances. The Price Estimate Tool does not constitute any express or implied price or rate guarantee, offer or any other contractual obligation from or by Port Houston. In all cases, you should refer to the Tariffs, as applicable, located on the Tariff page of this website and review the applicable Tariffs before using the Price Estimate Tool. The current versions of the Tariffs are accessible online at https://porthouston.com/toolbox/rates/tariffs/.

You should directly contact Port Houston to verify all information provided by the Price Estimate Tool. The estimate provided by the Price Estimate Tool shall not include fees or costs for pilotage, harbor tugs, line handler, stevedoring or freight handling services, and other applicable services that may be covered by any of the Tariffs or applicable law.
